I condemn this act totally as private doctors /establishments are doing a commendable job. And the public also goes to them / take their ssrvices when they know the service is worth it. If it is to be implemented then get all the govt hospitals and every other professions, skilled workers also under similar act. Each and every one!

Let them take over my nursing home and pay everything on their own, salary, pharmacy, electric and water bill, loans, and pay me salary.
