These trails are very important to keeping kids on line with the nature of things. They learn so many things outside that cannot be learned in a classroom. My son is a very productive adult today and it is a direct result of him building such trails where he grew up. It is vital that spaces such as this be preserved and utilized for our youth.

Every scientific study shows that kids who get exercise and outdoor time are better learners. The school district needs to find a way to work with the community or another agency to address the liability concerns and move forward.
