Hello,
I recently returned from Chile where I spent a total of 3yrs, I had some good times and not so good times so my wife and I decided that it would be best if I returned ahead of them in order to set things up. After 2wks of returning I was working albeit part time I wa working, I saved money and paid for the visa at a cost of £550.00 non-refundable the first application was rejected so we set about amending the application and making the appeal stronger, sent all the relevant supporting documents, we were told we'd here within 10days, 14 days later still nothing.
I then found out and without notification they would be sending the appeal to London for a hearing in front of a Judge and that it would be 60 days before we get date!!.
We have been married for 3yrs and been together 6yrs our marriage should not be in question, we have 3 daughters together all of who are UK nationals, I myself a UK national yet they still refuse my wife entry.
My argument is that my wife should be permitted entrance into the UK based on the facts and not based on our socio-economic status.
Please sign this petition in support of my cause and hope that the decision will be changed.
Thank you
The response to this petition has been significant and serves as a powerful reminder that our situation resonates with many people. This momentum is helping to highlight the need for a fair review of this decision regarding my family. I am grateful for the attention this movement is receiving.

This is just heartbreaking. Keeping a family apart like this is wrong. They belong together here in the UK.

60 days just for a date?? The system is totally broken. Sending love to your family and hope she gets to come home soon!
