Mandatory masks are causing division and fear. Sensible social distancing is much more important. Arbitrarily punishing one segment of small business without any monitoring data or fines is horrific.

This Health Board was not elected or voted on by the residents of Knoxville & needs to be dissolved immediately.
As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Fitness Instructor & 47 yr old cancer survivor who takes ZERO pharmaceuticals I can tell you without a doubt that the measures this city is taking regarding our health are going to be worse for our physical, mental, emotional health over the long run than just letting us get back to normal. We each need to gauge our own risk & make our own decisions when it comes to our body’s health not be told by a board of unhealthy, unelected “health officials” what we should do that isn’t healthy at all. Breathing fresh oxygen, gathering with friends, getting outside in the sun for exercise, being able to work & pay bills, afford healthy food are what it takes for folks to get/stay healthy; not masking up, staying home under ridiculous curfews or a rushed, not well tested vaccine. That’s how sick people who believe every word they hear on their tv may want to behave but not the healthy. Allow us to get back to our lives & not be treated like jerks because we refuse to wear masks because we know the value of deep breaths for regenerating healthy cells that keep the immune system strong. Masks are for the sick & high risk ONLY!! Even your “health savior” Fauci says so. It’s time to dissolve this board & allow us as individuals to determine what it means to get/stay healthy. I would never look for health tips from my board of health so why should they have any power to say how I stay healthy thru a “plan-demic” with a 99% survival rate. (Rolls eyes) Anyway, it’s time to be done with this board.

This board is out of hand and is not using logic or scientific data or evidence to make mandates. People should have the choice weather to use any medical device without fear of public bullying, denial of service, or discrimination of any kind. This is still a free country right?
