As a health care professional, I do not believe wearing a mask is going to protect myself or others 100% of the time. No one, especially unelected officials should mandate this action.

The unelected health board has far overstepped it's boundaries by making mandates and policies. They should be advisory only as they were not when by the citizens to represent us. The one where official in the board is the only one with actual authority. Voting on issues that require mandates is outside their power.

Voters should have a say in what’s required of them. The Board should represent these voters not contradict them. Wearing a mask doesn’t make you healthy, and even if it did, I can choose to do everything else that harms myself and others, so this shouldn’t be any different.

The health board is an unelected entity accountable to no one. This board does not have authority to make law and enforce their edicts. They have overstepped their authority and must be removed.

Stop the craziness. We cannot avoid all diseases and illnesses forever. We need heed immunity. And why are small children being forced to wear masks at school for 8 hours, when they are the safest to be around.
