Knox County health “UNELECTED” board has reached too far by not listening to our elected County Mayor. Time to stop this power grab.

This illness is over inflated. Yes people are getting sick and some dying however more peole are dying from depression and over doses due to isolation. We don't live like this during flu season when even more people die. Let people live and be free to make their own choices. Our constitution says we have the right to Life, Liberty, and Justice and we are getting none of those.

We need a health commission that will actually follow the sience, and not jump to emotional and irrational decisions.

We are given no data that the wearing of "Mask" is effective. They are however proven to cause respiratory issues in some people.

Knox county owes total transparency to their residents and civil respect for individual rights, as does every other county in TN under our law. Mayors and city council should be investigated and tried.

The health departments are out of control. They are bypassing the legislative process by making policy and mandates on their own.

our Knoxvilla city mayor kincannon has our County health depth Buchanan in her pocket pushing for these extreme mandates! Our city mayor is killing knoxvilles small buisness! We are Knoxville as a whole rural and city! unless both mayors agree whole heartedly and unbiased, there should be no mandates in either area city or county! these are our elected officials, not the board of health or health dept! it's about the people! Not a district!

As an ER Registered Nurse and Paramedic, based on my current knowledge of working with the virus, educating the public on hand washing and staying home when sick is what is needed. Masks give a false sense of security and increases the risk of obtaining the virus by decreasing hand washing, improperly worn masks, people dropping masks and putting them back on, masks becoming soiled and still being worn, etc. I, myself, do not go into places where masks are required or no entry is granted. It is my choice.
