This is ridiculous. I find it completely unfair this Kmart employee gets to use derogatory slanders towards customers, but I lose my job as soon as I get near one child. We need more flexible laws for adults who have more special connections with children.

To make fun of another human being with a disability is just sick. That employee needs to be fired.

That is really sad, having a brother with special needs I know how cruel and ignorant people are and can be.

I love Kmart and really enjoy doing there. I have had great service and really enjoy their employees. That being said, there is no excuse, nobody should ever use that word especially someone one the job. It is unprofessional, unnecessary, and just down right rude. I hope kmart makes this right.

This is completely unacceptable and I hope she loses her job for it. You're allowed to have your own opinions and freedom of speech whoever when you're an employee of a company like that that is unacceptably.

There is absolutely, NO reason, or excuse for using that word. I, myself, have a disabled Sister, and I find that word to be very Offensive. #Equality #Respect

Unacceptable and unbelievably surprising in this day and age. Haven't we evolved into more enlightened thinking and become more civilized and compassionate by now?
