After spending hundreds of dollars on and entertainment system, many XBox Live users have been denied the premium online service that Microsoft promised us over the holiday season. Services that we fucking pay for. We didn't pay all that money for services that only work half the time, or in special circumstances. We demand the services we were promised and paid for. So in short, KISS MY ASS MICROSOFT! This is the first product I've bought from you in years, and you mucked it all up. See if I ever buy a console from you again. Sign here if you agree of course.
