The proposed price rises and new surcharges are extreme, and the report is flawed due to no consultation or impact assessment as it had claimed, a breach in my opinion and the council would be best to do away this proposal and start again by scrutinising its services first to be more efficient

The proposed increases are nothing but abuse of process and powers, highly discriminatory both directly and indirectly. They represent total disregard for the views and strong feelings expressed to date .
