Absolutely ridiculous idea. The charges are high enough as it is and this is extraordinary. Absolutely no need whatsoever to hike these charges.

I personal think there is no need to change the burial prices although the place where we bury people the place known as the cematry the cost of land is going up this doesn't mean that we have to put the burial prices hve to go up

So an increase of nearly 75% on the current cost of burial, so unless kirklees council can explain where this increase in cost is accrued from then this increase is unjust. Even if some of the proceeds from this increase are invested in future enhancements it's hard to understand this steep increase for burial.
