As a Serrano homeowner, this is outrageous that Kirk Bone is OUR hoa president. Talk about a wolf guarding the chicken coop!

Kirk Bone is defined by this blatant conflict of interest and should resign his position as President, Serrano Homeowners Association.

Have some class and resign. What am I saying? I've witness your blatant disregard for the Home Owners when they get up to speak at the HOA meetings along with your side conversations showing no respect for the very people you are supposedly there to represent. You have no class! Resign!

Due to this conflict of interest, Mr. Bone should resign, not only as SOA President, but also from the SOA Board itself.

It seems to be a conflict of interest having Kirk Bone on the SOA and being an employee of Parker Development.
