Serrano residents have had enough of Parker's interests before our own. Kirk Bone's resignation is a step in the right direction.

Kirk Bone has made a career out of betting on the apathy of the homeowner/voters. That has been a safe bet so far. Watch out Kirk, the electorate is starting to wake up. It is going to be more difficult to get away with your usual shenanigans in the future. Unfortunately, your end will not come soon enough.

Kirk Bone does not live in Serrano and does not pay ANY dues (or fines) to the SOA. He should not be allowed to represent homeowners

Totally agree with this petition's position as it is a conflict of interest to work for Parker and vote against the residents of our HOA and their wishes.

His published comments on Measure E confirm that he will do and say anything to advance the interests of Parker Development. His position as president of our owners association and this clear conflict of interest is an insult to the members of our community.

While I think it is understandable PDC wants representation; they do own lots, after all, I think they made a poor choice in Mr. Bone. First, he doesn't live in Serrano, so the decisions he makes doesn't affect him in any way. Second, his manner is very unprofessional and disrespectful when dealing with homeowners and his fellow board members.

Anyone who has attended a SOA Board Meeting, and have seen Mr. Bone in action, should agree that Mr.Bone's resignation would be a good thing for our community.

Mr. Bone's off-kilter published commentary regarding the Measure E vote outcome was the last straw for me. It's clearly apparent that his motives, do not coincide with this community's best interests...
