We, the paying customers of the Kinney Parking Garage at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, are opposed to construction that will cause us to lose our indoor parking spots in the Kinney Garage for the months of January 2008 to June 2008. We hereby petition that the construction not occur during the six months of January to June, but rather commence in April, once winter has ended, and continue until September, thereby affecting the displaced occupants as minimally as possible by working through the summer when many people will not be on campus.
