I grew up here, my mom still lives in 1&2, and this is my stomping grounds. Why does the name need to be changed? KGR for LIFE!

Even the United States Census Bureau considers us to be Kingsgate. Changing the name to honor a local hospital that was not part of the PAA seems arbitrary and ignorant of the area's history.

Kingsgate is not only home to a lot of people, businesses, and memories, but it's a historical name in Kirkland history.

Keep the name Kingsgate. If nothing else, thhink of the businesses with the name, and local landmarks.

There doesn't seem to be any reason to change the name. It would only cause confusion.

I refer to this area as Kingsgate on a daily basis as do the residents that I work with and for.

Evergreen Hil is an awful name. No one will know where they are going. What's wrong with Kingsgate?

I am a lifelong Kingsgate resident. No matter what happens, I will always call this neighborhood Kingsgate!
