Should never have been closed in the first place. It is a landmark in one of the cleanest, Tidiest and probably the friendliest villages Ireland has to offer ;-). Geashill post office was left open so why not killeigh post office ? I say reopen it....

The Post Office is the centre of the rural community and it makes it easier for the elderly to access rather than going into the bigger towns to collect their pensions. It is an important social outlet for the community

I miss the post office, large parcel have to be taken to town were you have to find parking at an acceptable distant to be able to carry the parcel to the post office. You have to pay for parking and stand in a cue with a heavy parcel

Need our post office second biggest parish in Ireland there's smaller parishes with one as a post man myself i can see the day to day need for one in the village
