The post office has always been the beating heart of our little village, it's the social hub for many of the older people. Taking it away could easily increase social issues, such as isolation, loneliness, and anxiety to name a few... We simply need to save our post office!

Stop the destruction of this rural community. Keep the post office in Kilcar. Not everyone is able or can afford the cost of travel to other towns.

Our TD’s were elected to represent the people. The people of Kilcar do not want their Post Office closed. Where are our elected so called representatives and which if any of them are willing to support us in our fight to save our Post Office from closure!

I feel this post office is vital for the community of kilcar. It serves the complex needs of a rural community where bus services are poor. Many older people can not access transport. Young mother's need local services. Many use the post office various services. I feel it is a disgrace to take away this vital service. The people of Donegal are treated unfairly in many aspects especially health care where the most ill people have to travel long distances. This is another example of putting unneseccary strain on a community.
