We the undersigned, demand that Worcestershire NHS retain Kidderminster Hospital, protect its services, and even seek to enhance those services for the good of patients in the whole county and neighbouring areas. We are also concerned that the Joint Services Review could run counter to a cohesive health strategy, so this needs to be looked at as a matter of urgency during the current engagement process. This will ensure an integrated approach to services is maintained and that those services remain reasonably accessible to our communities.

Five hundred people just put their names down and I am honestly reeling because this town really showed up today. I keep thinking about how much we need these services to stay right here at home and it feels like people are finally listening to the panic I felt when I first started this page.

I keep refreshing the page seeing those numbers tick up and it is really wild how fast this is moving now though we still have a bit of a climb to hit that first major five hundred milestone. Think about the people who actually need these services and just blast this link out to whoever you know because honestly if we hit that mark today it changes the whole conversation when we go to talk to the board.

I checked the screen and we are just about to hit one hundred names which feels huge but we need a final burst right now to make sure the board takes notice during their upcoming strategy talk. Can you drop the link in your group chats or just tell a neighbor because I really want to walk in there with a pile of paper that proves people are actually paying attention to this hospital mess.

This is a wonderful hospital which has served the local community for many years and which our family has benefited from first class treatment and care. Worcester Royal is too far to travel and its services are at breaking point. Kidderminster and its people need this hospital now and for the future!

The local people need an a/e in Kidderminster, Worcester is too far and cannot cope.

Two Emergency Units in the South of the County (with Gloucester Hospital not being so far from Worcester) has always been ridiculous. Does North Worcestershire not exist? Kidderminster Hospital had an excellent record of care - it needs to be reinstated as a "proper" functioningGeneral Hospital with an A & E Department and critical care, rather than being known locally as a "sticking plaster station" ! The people in North Worcestershire deserve better.

Please bring back our A & E to Kidderminster, it's a long journey to Worcester when you don't have a car.

My wife had to get to Worcester for a broken arm last winter and it was a nightmare. We need local care back in Kiddy asap.
