Watched the video and can tell that if something is not done, this will not be the only assault this man carries out. He will only escalate. That girl smirking and laughing at the assault needs to be found also, absolutely disgusting.

He has no right to continue his football activities when he attacked someone. He committed a violent offense, and should not be allowed to get away with any real punishment. He is old enough to be aware of his actions, and they should have just consequences.
