Andrew needs to be suspended for how he treated another student for his freedom of speech the boy was minding his business and did not start any trouble with anyone but Andrew decided to pull him out of his seat and start making fun of him because he is different and also you needs to suspended the girl who laughing at the situation instead of stopping Andrew for what he had did to the boy they both needs to be punished
