The whole point of a roundabout is that it permits free-flow of traffic based on prioritised access. Why mess with that? If rush-hour volume causes problems use the lights then as happens at the Raigmore Interchange.

Over thirty years without these poorly planned control system in place and simply do not work. The requirement for these was for major bridge refurbishment that has long since been completed.

You get stuck in the middle of the roundabout completely blocking the lanes, when the lights turn green you should be able to get right through the roundabout!

The traffic flows so much easier without the traffic lights as I seen it last week when the traffic lights were not working. No traffic build up at all. This morning I waited 15minutes in traffic to reach my work. Please remove these Traffic lights.

Traffic flow is significantly better with no lights. Large articulated lorries block off the flow when lights change to red as they have entered the roundabout!!

It used to be so easy to use the left slip road into Inverness from the south. Now it's rubbish.

Just stand for 10 minutes and it is obvious they do not work. If they were even changed to a 3 way system allowing you all the way around the roundabout wiith the timing altered to match traffic flow it would help. They were also portrayed as being temporary for the bridge work as well

There were few hold ups before and the dedicated left lane was super. Now we are constantly unable to turn left into town because a truck is blocking the lane waiting at the red light going north.

Absolute waste of money, transport Scotland (if that's who is responsible) would have been awarded a far better and more pleasant response from the locals if they had just simply used this money to upgrade roads in the Highlands and Islands, this is a ever growing problem for the highlands and should be the first thing on the agenda.. NOT traffic lights on a perfectly functioning roundabout and not to forget one of the busiest roundabouts in the Inverness area, again one of many ideas that wasn't thought through properly.

These lights are such a nuisance. You get halfway round then have to stop causing other traffic to halt to a standstill till the lights change.

These traffic lights make this junction a nightmare to negotiate. On the occasions that they are out of action the traffic flow is so much improved.

Managed without them since bridge was built. No need now. See cars stuck in middle of roundabout when previously would have been able to move causing uneccassary delays to others.
