Kerry Hartmann is what makes Goollelal Primary School the amazing place it is. I wouldn’t want my kids to be anywhere else. Her dedication to the children, staff and parents is second to none, and she thoroughly deserves to be our principal. She is amazing!

Kerry really deserves to become principal of Gollelal Ps. One can't be more involve than her in the development of a school. She is both a great professional and human being.

During our 3 years at Goollelal PS, we were very grateful to have Kerry both as a principal and vice principal. She does such a great job and we wish her to become principal of goollelal Ps for good. No one could be better than her in the job.

I have worked with Kerry for many years. She is a respectable, caring and genuine leader, with the utmost integrity. She has the courage to make and implement decisions ensuring goals and targets are met and is prepared to put in the hard work and lead by example. She engages exceptionally well with students, staff and the community in her mission to give all children the best education possible in a stimulating learning environment. She has a passion for including children with special needs into the school community and allowing them to reach their highest potential.

Kerry is incredible. She is approachable for parents, students and teachers alike. She is fair and has a wealth of knowledge. She takes the time to get to know all the students at Goollelal. When she works with parents and students to over come the concerns and issues that arise as part of school life, she tailors her approach, case by case, ensuring our students get the most out of their education. Her natural flair for teaching, her knowledge and the way she instinctively applies these skills make her a unique find and have gained her much respect in our school community. I would love to see her continuing as leader of our school.

I think Mrs Hartmann would make an amazing principal. When I was at Goollelal she was easy for us to talk to about our problems. She was really funny and kind to all the children. My favourite memory was when she organised the Matilda musical and pretended to be Mrs Trunchbull. She was hilarious.

Best principal we have ever had!

I have worked on the board of management in Goollelal with Kerry Hartman. She is an incredible addition to the school. She is a wonderful teacher who gives wholeheartedly but she also has the interpersonal skills and management skills to be an outstanding Principal. She has earned and has the ability to be the Principal of this small school. The parents and teachers would be honoured if she got the position which she has earned through her hard work and devotion to our children.

Our daughter was diagnosed with Leaukemia in 2016 and Mrs Hartman's support of our family has been above and beyond the normal response. Kerry is a fantastic member of the Goollelal community. Compassionate, warm, supportive and always brimming with positivity. She has a beautiful way of making every child and individual she encounters feeling loved, nurtured and supported.

Having worked with Kerry for nearly 13 years, I can honestly say that I have never worked with a member of Admin who is totally for the betterment of children in her care. The way she handles the special needs children at our school is inspiring and her understanding of the way schools can and should run shows her heart for the job she does. Her passion for the education of all children makes her a brilliant candidate to be a Principal here at Goollelal PS.

Kerry is the heart of Goollelal School. When we first arrived in Perth and I was looking for a school for my 3 young girls I wrote an email to the school exasperated as at the time we were finding it difficult to secure a rental in the area due to the demand in property rentals. We just couldn’t catch a break. People were paying rent a year up front to secure a house and of course we were being asked to provide ‘proof’ that we lived in the catchment area for schools. Kerry took the time out to actually call me and had Mr Clarke (Headteacher at the time) beside her and asked me a few questions and invited me to look around the school. I was impressed by the warmth and kindness displayed and what the school had to offer, our girls were enrolled. Kerry was instrumental in making the transition into Australian schooling fuss free, ensuring that my girls were welcomed, provided with a great education and instilled along with her colleagues great values and principles. She was just awesome to our family throughout our years there. This warm nature encouraged me to dive in and join the P & C as the Fundraising Coordinator for three years to not only help the school but also to make friends and that I did. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kerry Hartmann as Principal of Goollelal school because everyone knows that the school and this community is her life. She is dedicated to the wellbeing and education of every single child and is for us, a pillar of our community.
