Kerry Hartmann for Principal

Having known Kerry for over 25 years, I have had plenty of opportunities to witness her commitment and dedication to the students and families she has had contact with. Her desire to ensure the best possible learning opportunities for her students and the school community has lead her to constantly explore new ideas and learning opportunities. I know without a doubt Kerry would be an amazing, professional, caring principal and should be given this opportunity.

Kerry is an outstanding leader who is knowledgeable in all areas of education. I have had the privilege of working with Kerry since she came to Goollelal and in this time I have grown to respect her fairness and love of all the children in her care. Kerry has always wanted the best possible opportunities for all students. Her experience and knowledge is an asset to the school. It would be a privilege to work under her leadership in 2021.

Kerry is a true credit to the teaching profession. I have never felt so supported in my entire career.

I have had the absolute privilege of working with the most outstanding leader, Kerry Hartmann for the past twelve years. She is passionately dedicated to the growth and development of Goollelal, the students and the staff. Kerry has a strong vision for the future of Goollelal and will confidently lead the school with purpose and direction. She has a genuine interest in the learning of each and every child and endeavours to bring out the best in each one of them. Kerry is without doubt ‘the heart and soul’ of the school and I can only hope that as a teacher I may be given the opportunity to work under her great leadership!

Mrs Hartman was a wonderful influence of my daughter and helped her through a number of tough times during her 3 years at Goollelal. Mrs Hartman’s experience and compassion were evident and valuable in the resolution of the difficult and complex issues my daughter faced.

Couldn't have written it better my self. Definitely the heart of the school. To know very child & parent by name, shows how she cares and values every one as an individual. She encourages their strengths and supports their weaknesses so each child can be the best version of themselves. The respect the rest of the staff have for her is to be admired and just shows what an inspiring leader she is. I have been a parent of Goollelal Primary School for almost 12 years, (with plenty more years to come) and my family feels privileged to have been under the leadership and care of Mrs Hartmann. Mrs Hartmann has our full support for the role of Principal at Goollelal Primary School.

Jerry Hartmann most definitely is the heart and soul of Goollelal Primary School and I'm incredibly grateful for her valuable and important influence there during my 4 children's time at Goollelal. She would make the most fantastic principal and I really believe she should be offered that opportunity.

Ms Hartman was deputy when I was at Goollelal (except for a short period in 2016 when she was principal) and I could tell she genuinely cared about the students, I always looked up to her. She would be the perfect person for the role!

I would love Kerry to see as the new principal. She worked hard and put everything into the school. For the school and for Kerry this is the right and only way forward ❤️

Kerry would be such a great leader in the position of principal at Goollelal. When my child attended the school we felt so welcomed into the community and Kerry was very much a part of this. It would be a great oversight for Kerry to be passed over for this position again.

Fantastic role model and diligent Advocate for Goollelal. Kerry is not only enthusiastic, but strives to do the very best every day for all the students. As parents we do not see behind the scenes the lengths this lady goes to in her supporting role, and often we do not appreciate enough the help we receive daily in the raising of our youth. We cannot ask for a better Principal!

On observation, Kerry Hartman is a dedicated and committed teacher who has gained the respect and love of the school community. She performs her job as acting Principal with integrity and deserves to be offered the permanent Principal’s position.

I whole heartedly agree with the reasons cited for why Kerry is the backbone of the school, and is a great leader who is more than suited to the role for which she is applying.
