Think it’s quite unfair that one of the biggest clubs in northland for football can’t have its own grounds and all the youth that come through that will want to play should be able to as you guys allow all the other codes to call a place home, and I’m sure we will have more people playing football that half of the other codes and they have facilities

Its a no brainer..
Making a "hub" with all the other sports going forward makes economical sense. With Kerikeri's projected growth lets do it once and do it right.
I would suggest allow also for a swimming pool/ gym as well, because the Gym in town must be near capacity and removing the users vehicles from the overburdened parking facility's in town makes sense.
