What nonsense they charge by the dollar. How can they complain especially when even their exchange rate is higher.Kenyans pay in kshs giving theM more dollars anyway. Bunch of crooks with zero customer relation and no significant improvement in channel choice

Yes the cost of subscription is ridiculously high and they keep repeating programs, currently I have left my connection disconnected because of the sudden inflation

The price increase IS NOT justifiable in my common eyes. It's going up by about 30% in less than a year. Yet there is no substantial increase in service package offering.
Ps, the currency depreciation excuse sounds pretty lame.
