Subscription is too expensive even compared to european standards. In the last 15 months subscription has increased ksh1400. The service provided is very bad. We were cut off two days before our subscription was due. DSTV technichians are difficult to get hold off and take days to come by, meanwhile you still get charged. We are very dissappionted.

I stopped my subscription months ago as its not worth paying such outrageous amounts for something that I'll watch for a maximum of 3hrs a day. And its because of their monopoly that they feel they can charge as they please.

DSTV should stop overcharging us in the name of inflation, yet they repeat programmes and movies every other day.

KES 9,400 for the premium subscription is just horrendous! They have increased the charges just a few months ago to KES 8,200 from. This really has to stop!

This is extortion. Repeated contents is what they are experts in.

Comments Dstv is no longer an entertainment entity but a burden to its clients
