Kenya consumers need answers from DSTV on high subscription costs

Its too much and it hangs alot especially in bad weather. Nice show but too expensive. Twice in a yr adding up premiums

prices have to change

costs should be substantially reduced. DSTV is a virtual monopoly and consumers need to be given protection by law.

Why are we paying more?

The bloody cheek of DSTV increasing prices by the minute when there is no improvement in service, the channels get scrambled by the slightest storm and for packages like family you get channels that feature reruns. SMH

Cck should act and be able to regulate Dstv pricing.

The premium package should also have more HD channels. The rest of the world is moving. We are still holding to the old. Value for money!
