Kenya consumers need answers from DSTV on high subscription costs

The explanation they give for repeating movies almost every week makes no sense at ALL

They have become like matatu, bei ya petroli ikipanda fare inapanda na bei ya petroli ikishuka nothing. With dstv just replace petroli with $.

Bein Sports charges $300 per year while these guys charge almost $100 per month! this is rediculous.

I am a Dstv customer and I dont understand why I pay to view local FTA channels. Everytime the exchange rate they use to charge r higher than dollar rate. Dstv make your service affordable.

The cost is very high and yet they keep repeating movies every now and then.they should lower their prices asap

This is very unfair and obviously oblivious of subscribers woes despite enormous and almost a religious following. They should not take the Kenyan market for granted .Their rates are quite expensive and they should match with the programs.
