She has awesome cakes and I do not see why someone cannot bake cakes to make someone's day in their own home!

We just had 2 great bakers shut down in their home. Their kitchens are cleaner then most restaurants! But without this law they can not bake from home! They are trying to support their family by working in the kitchen at night and being home for their kids in the day!

it is wrong to take a women from her home who has been making cakes for people and tell her she needs to make it into a business.

my cousin is an amazing artist/baker. She needs to be able to work from home. She cares for her 3 children. She also recently acquired custody of her 2 nephews and niece, one of which is blind. Please also her to bake from home and care for her babies at the same time.

I believe a person should have the right to utilize their home kitchen to produce baked goods for sale to persons who want said goods from the baker. It allows work from home which enables people to be able to help support their families while being able to stay in the home to care for their family.

If people are willing to buy from an individual that bakes from their home, why should anyone stop them? I know for a fact that an individual can keep their home kitchen more sanitary than a kitchen in a business. Think about it! How many licensed kitchens have you seen, that you are like really this place is still making an A from the health department?
She made my wedding cake and it was amazing!
