Has anything been done yet . I discovered about 5 years ago that I could bake and have a passion for it. I get more out of it when people say man that's good or that's the best I've ever had. It's bad to discover that you have a talent at 64 and 5 years later told that you can't do that and that you can't even give it away. It was going to cost me over $20,000. to get legal and I don't do grease. Help!!!!!!!!!!!

This is an absolute oversight and should have been resolved years ago! Kentuckians have time tried and true skills that would allow so many people to contribute for their families!! We are a State in dire need of working people! This is unacceptable!!

Me and my wife started a business no more than a year ago after the loss of our daughter. As a way of helping with the grieving process my wife used baking as an outlet. She helped friends and family with birthdays for their own children to make it special also do gender reveal cakes for happy, expecting parents. This cottage food law severely damaged our ability to work comfortably from the comfort of our home. Millions of people across the country work from home. We would like to have the same priveledges as they do.

It's time, Kentucky. This law is entirely too prohibitive and prevents many talented individuals from practicing their craft. How can most afford the land needed to produce enough base ingredients for such things as baked goods? Impossible for most.

Help me make Emma's Donuts from a stay at home mom a reality. I live on a dairy farm. The milk is produced here, I can purchase the eggs from a neighbor, but I cannot produce flour! Change Cottage Laws Kentucky

Considering a baking business. Visited a commercial kitchen space that rents to bakers and has health board approval. My home kitchen appeared to be more sanitary. Hope legislators can find a way to make this work.

I believe that Kentuckians should be able to choose to buy locally produced food from home bakers/producers as long as it is labeled as being produced in a home kitchen.

there are so many skilled women and men in ky that could add economic growth to the state as well as to generate taxes paid in from the sale of their products . The cottage law needs to be amended to allow these people to work lawfully.

In the city I live in the only place to buy Baked goods at the local grocery which is frozen cakes that are shopped in. To get a Specialty Baked Good that would say be Gluten or Nut Free there is no where to buy. We need to get Kentucky Laws changed on Cottage Baking.
