Ken Boyer was my favorite player growing up as a kid in St. Louis. His stats compare favorably with other third basemen already in the HOF. He definitely belongs in the HOF.

I grew up and still am a cardinal fan. I can remember picking up the paper every day to see how Kenny did the night before. If Ken Boyer doesn't deserve to be in the HOF, then there is no justice. Kenny stood out not only during the regular season, but also in the post season.

I was batboyfor the cardinals 1953-59 in spring training..Ken was great to me.He needs to be in the Hall. Saw him in Richmond when he was managing..still a great guy and a PLAYER

Boyer was the best 3rd baseman of his era (Ed Mathews had more power, but other than that Boyer was far better). Santo got the sympathy vote because of his diabetes and death, but Boyer was still a better all-around 3rd baseman.

Ken was the best baseball player of the Boyer family .... and that says a lot since there were several in this family. Kenyans his Boyee family are from Alba, Missouri, which is 10 miles from my town. His sister was a secretary at our school in Jasper...his niece was one of my best friends in school. It would be wonderful to see Ken Boyer in the Hall of Fame!

He has about the same statistics as Ron Santo who is in the Hall but Boyer has an MVP and a WS ring that Santo does not!
