No variance. Like the Keller natatorium, let's do this right using a brick structure.

These are an eyesore to the beauty of the country side of Keller., or any town in fact. How will this dome look in 2 years after Texas wheather has taken its toll? In my opinon they are ugly now and will only be worse looking and grungy in the years to come. These are industrial looking , and will deter from the property value in the community. I believe there are many suitble commercially zoned areas that would be a far better fit the Tennis Academy. Far to many poor planning decisions have been made in Keller, lets not add this to the list.

This is an unsightly request. Go build this monstrosity in a industrial park with warehouses.

Don't let those tacky bubble tents be built in beautiful Keller. This is a disgrace to our city. One of the most beautiful parts of our city. I grew up in Keller and do not want this tennis farm in our area. There is not that many people wanting to play tennis anyway... look around there are tennis courts everywhere... mostly empty... there's no need for this.

First prime real estate for self storage and now something that looks likes a blimp hangar? No thanks, we're better than this.

What an eyesore. How many variances are going to be given to them, time to say no.

I'm for tennis but against the bubble/ quite the eyesore for a neighborhood!

I've been around these dome structures in Arizona for years. Very loud motors and fans will run constantly to keep them inflated. These are typically circus or event tents. May be okay for a temporary parking lot fair, but an eyesore everywhere else.

I am all for the Dent tennis center coming to keller but strongly against gigantic bubble domes in a residential neighborhood.

My husband and I lived in Keller for many, many years and absolutely love the city. We are buying a house in Keller again because the city offers so much peace and solitude in the middle of the bustle and bustle of DFW. This dome tent catastrophe doesn't belong there. It doesn't fit in, and is completely unneccessary with the Keller Pointe, multiple city parks, and KHS tennis courts.

I do not want this structure located in Keller. Inappropriate for the local neighborhoods.

We are struggling with our property values as it is with the sewer installation and street debacle we have experienced in our addition. Bubble domes would not help our property values!
