The children in Vaynor deserve a new school and also green space to play on - let's hope both can be accommodated - What looks good on a balance sheet fails in comparison when you see how it effects people's lives - Let's hope MTCBC can find a workable solution and it does not just come down to the cheapest option

Why can't the school be built on the site of old Vaynor & Penderyn school?

Communities need their schools, their roots and their connections locally to bring up and educate their children in a safe and nurturing environment.

It will be the end of Cefn if it goes. I do not understand why anyone would rather keep a field than a school. Where are they going to go there is no other school that can absorb them.

The new school & an appropriate size playing field must remain in the Cefn community .. a school is the heart of any community & green field space so important for future generation of children's health & well being, the government can't push for improvement in children's physical health & then take away the very thing that promotes that best !

Our village needs a primary school, it is unfair for our children to have to travel to another area to attend school. We have already lost a secondary school let's not lose our primary too.
