KEEP WOOD A TWO WAY STREET

Please do not do this! You are making it so hard to live in the city. We already have enough to worry about leave our street alone please!!!

This is a main thoroughway for those traveling between Chicago and grand especially for those who live in those streets in between. Please keep a two way.

Please please do not make Wood St. A one way street. I haves lived here for 30 years and all is good! There must be a better way to spend those funds in our Ward!!!

Keep Wood two-way and put a police officer on each corner. Jail Lightfoot and Foxx too.

Wood must remain a two-way street. It's the only two-way street between Ashland and Damen.

Please keep Wood 2 ways and add a bike path to Wolcott which is wider!

I've lived in Ukrainian Village for over 20 years and would like to see Wood street remain two way

We already have a couple of one way streets on that block which make navigation difficult. As a bike courier who also lives in the neighborhood, I rely on Wood St a great deal when I’m avoiding taking Ashland or Damen during rush hours. This change would be a huge inconvenience in my work day

I am a resident and owner of a condo on Wood Street and also an avid biker. It makes no sense to turn Wood into a one-way street, when we have two other northbound one-way streets on either side. Congestion is already bad, and making this street into another one-way would be disastrous. I am very active in my community, subscribe to all the publications, and not once did I hear about this until I saw the petition posters on Division. It was poorly communicated to the people who will be impacted the most by this change.

No good idea Keep it as is

As someone who lives nearby on Superior St, I would like to see Wood kept as a 2 way street.

Waste of money, maybe you should invest this money into fixing the potholes on our current streets and repaving the alleys that have 3 ft potholes and are in dire need of repair.

Living on Race Ave it would make life harder if I wanted to go south in the city as my block ends at Wood. This is a terrible idea as we are surrounded by one way streets, it will just push traffic onto other one way streets.

We live near Wood St. It makes so much sense to keep it a two way street.
