Keep Wood a two-way street!

Please keep Wood a two way street. As someone that lives on Wood and Superior , having this street a two way assists in so many ways. It’s the access point to many residents who live on Superior, Erie, huron etc. it also helps traffic flow with the amount of residents and visitors to the schools, daycares and Erie House clinic, that saturates the area.

No one pays attention to the fact there actually are two lanes on Wolcott. People turn left from the far right lane all the time, and people drive down the middle. Bike lanes on Wolcott make sense, and do it as far south as they can go; don't stop at Grand.

I’m the owner of Koko’s Mediterranean Grill and I’ve been in this neighborhood since 1984 and I never see anything better two-way street and Wood

Why not ask those that live in the area before you allocate $325,000 of our tax dollars on a flawed plan. Wood St needs to stay a two way street as it’s on of the main artery streets from Milwaukee to Washington Blvd. We vote against it being converted to a northbound one way street.

Keep it a two way street. One way would be a cluster!

I used to live on wood and I still live near it. I would greatly prefer a two way street. I want to keep my community accessible for all. Students and teachers use it to get to the school, bikers need it to go places and families need it to go around to the grocery stores and to their homes. A two way street will help with all of this.

2 way street helps the flow of traffic and prevents misuse of alleys.

Already northbound vehicles on Wood blow the stop sign at Ellen. They might as well take it out if Wood becomes one way.

Keep Wood street 2 way! Horrible idea to convert wood st this way... We rode bikes everywhere without bike lanes for over 50 years... ridiculous misuse of tax payers money!

I’ve lived on wood street Over 30 years and before that my family and wood st has always been 2 way and should stay that way do to so much traffic heading north and south….

Keep everything the way it is Chicago.

Lives and grew up on Superior and Wolcott, making this a one way will cause massive traffic

Keep it a 2 way street

Better to fix the hole pots in Wicker Park to make us all safe on the roads.

Too many one-way streets will result in extra travel down side streets, creating increased traffic in an already light-traffic area.

We need to be able to get in and out of Crystal!
