Best rehearsal space on the west side. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I am a long time resident of Santa Monica, tax payer and voter. I rely on their services, along with many other local artists and musicians.

I am immensely sad that our daughter and son-in-law's business is on the brink of closure - they have worked their socks off to keep it going, and we do feel that the bad neighbour's behaviour is absolutely unacceptable - and indeed should be to the management company also. It's NOT all about money folks, it's about people!! Long live TBP!!

Gaz and Zoe have worked so hard to get to where they are now! Not only worked hard but formed a business which makes them self sufficient and provides an amazing service . How many others could do this? How many young and up and coming bands can afford their own studio?? This service is like gold to the artists of our generation! To close it because of one silly small minded person would be not only awful for gas and Zoe but detrimental to the community! Stop and think please!

I returned home from one practice session with friends at "That British Place" and told my wife the world would be a much better place if everyone could get together with friends and create music. To let this place go is to literally make the world a worse place. Long Live TBP!!!

Nice studio for practicing musicians - and there aren't many studios like this in the area. Please let them stay.

That British place has been a valuable resource for me and many of my friends in the past couple of years. I hope they will be able to remain where they are currently.

Please keep TBP open! It is a dream come true for local musicians and would be an absolute tragedy for this place to shut down. Please!

I've practiced here with my band countless times and every single time it's been the most joyous experience. There is no other place like this in Los Angeles. A place dominated by highly dense apartments leaves no room for musicians to practice and enjoy their craft and livelihood. Please do not push TPB out of the neighborhood. I cherish them with all of my heart and I know that every local musician will be devastated if they are forced out.

I don't need to restate the value that TBP brings to me as a rehearsal studio, as others have highlighted that fact. More importantly TPB has helped establish a sense of community - every time I go there is a welcoming, friendly, and familiar face. The value they bring can't be commodified, and an eviction would be detrimental to the state of art and culture in Santa Monica and the westside.

i can't believe my own eyes... is this really happening? TBP brings a little fun and character to an otherwise drab industrial area. closing TBP strikes another blow to music development and the rock and roll continuum that at some point has enhanced EVERYONE'S life

Please don't evict "That British Place",
The truly offer a valuable service to musicians who need a place to rehearse, they are a valuable and viable business that doesn't deserve this find of treatment.
thank you very much for your consideration
