That British Place has been like a second home to me ever since moving to the Westside. To take away such an amazing jam space from us musicians would be just as tragic as Saruman taking the Shire from the hobbits. The service has always been outstanding and I hope that this amazing establishment will live on for future generations.

I am a local LA musician and have used That British Place for many a rehearsal and absolutely think it is an indispensable asset to the local music community. I consider it a great small business that serves the music community of West LA & Santa Monica very very well. It deserves to remain a part of the vibrant LA music scene.

Many hours and dollars spent not only at TBP but also surrounding businesses because I'm in the area for rehearsal. Would be a shame to lose such an intregal part of the entertainment community.

Between rent prices, apartment living and kindness to neighbors, That British Place is an absolute necessity for our band. Not only do we practice there, but it is invaluable to have a place where we can go and work out demo recordings after work without bugging the neighbors with loud music. The service is great, the place is fun, and I truly hope that you keep this great resource available to all of the happy customers who use the space.

TBP is such an important, vital place for aspiring musicians & I cannot stress that enough. They have the kindest staff/owners and such incredible rates. Many people need this place in their lives. Please don't close it.

Mom and pop place; only been there once; pretty low key and legit rehearsal space for us musicians. Don't fancy driving even a dozen more miles. Good place to have in our community.

We had a great experience at TBP. Having a clean studio to play in, located in West LA is a major advantage to us. The managers really seem to care of their customers.

That British Place is the only studio on the west side offering such a welcoming atmosphere and quality services. To lose it would significantly impact the state of the arts in Los Angeles.

TBP is a great part of Westside music culture and provides a service for professional and aspiring musicians alike. It is well run and is respectful of it's neighbors.
Too many landlords are now squeezing tenants out of Santa Monica. Business is not everything. Supporting music culture matters!

TBP is a unique rehearsal and recording space that suits the needs of its clients so well - at an affordable price. Finding a clean, safe place that can help musicians get together and create art is difficult. Gaz has provided the local music community with what it needs to thrive. Forcing TBP out of this location would cause hardship for those in need. Please consider ways TBP can remain in its current location.

Please save TBP. It is the onlt affordable practice space on the Westside, let alone Santa Monica. Please keep SM socio-economical diverse & creative.

That British Place is the only place on the neighborhood where I can work on my music as a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. They've been so great to all the local musicians and there is a very real family of musicians in this network there. Please don't end their run. It would be sad to have to take my business out of Santa Monica and into Los Angeles
