I was looking for an affordable option in rehearsal spaces in Santa Monica and Venice. This place had great reviews and was greatly disappointed when hearing it was not there anymore. Hope to hear some good news about this place very soon!

I love That British Place and have used their facilities many times. It is very hard to find any other good rehearsal space on the west side and these guys are the real deal - And they really nice folks. Please allow them to stay in their current spot and be a part of the music community on the west side

As a local rock photographer I understand the need for bands to have a place to rehearse and there are far too little of these places left. It would be a real shame to see this one go away.

Absolutely loved rehearsing here. The drum equipment was always in good shape, with nothing randomly missing like at West LA Studios. Zoe and Gaz were always friendly, personable, and I loved seeing their dogs. Please keep TBP open-- it's the only good rehearsal space on the west side!

Gaz and Zoe at That British Place have been an important part of the West Side community for years. We need to suppport them in this fight against luddite, anti-art, anti-intellectual attitudes Indeed, . Los Angeles is a cultural Mecca. We cannot allow short-sighted, NIMBY personalities to sully and degrade our way of life.
Let's keep That British Place and a seminal breeding ground for musical arts!

Please don't shut this place down. It's been a big part of my life the last 2 years...playing music outside of my day job creates such joy and this place gives me An opportunity to do it on the westside, close to home. TBP is always appreciated!

To the landlord Gaz and Zoe are cool people who are trying to do the right thing. It appears that the neighboring video studio has designs on the space currently occupied by That British Place. How is this fair after Gaz and Zoe have been their nine years?

Turning this country into even more of a corporate dog's body isn't going to work forever. A city is more than a commodity to be predatorily marketed and parasitically consumed. People will rebel!
