A new neighbour should have done their due diligence before moving in. Why should the people who've been there since ages ago be forced to move. Why is that ok?

And in it's place the community will get...a start-up? Another post-production house? A yoga studio? Keep TBP open. Valuable resource to the local musical community.

Gaz and Zoe are lovely people and run a great business - it's our favorite rehearsal space on the west side. Would hate to see them go!

Please keep them open! They are one of the best (and from the outside, quietest) rehearsal studios in this part of town. the tech industry managed to all but kill the Bay Area Music Scene almost 20 years ago, let's not see that happen on the West Side! Musicians need a place to rehearse!

This is one of the few places my friends and I can meet, play some music and hen go back home to our families, only to start the next work week as professionals in the area. We love the British Place!!! Please keep it open!!

Don't take all of the soul out of Santa Monica! We have enough Starbucks & Subways! Go look at Playa Vista... It's vapid.
