Class of 1971,I have seen the good and the bad of our football program.Never have I seen a community taken so much pride in its football program. Under the direction of coach Metzger ,this community has never been more united.

Over my 3 years of playing for the program coach Metzger taught me countless life lessons, like how to better man, give it your all, and 9/11 was an inside job

this would be the worst decision made in this county in a very long time. Metzger isn't a fine person who has done so very much for the entire community. Dr. Grimsley wasn't even a thought back in the bad days before Coach Metzger. I support thr coach 100% lets just move forward and "rip off the rear view mirror"

Coach Metzger is a god. He loves to be worshipped. Bush did 9/11. Moreover, there is no way the jet fuel that seeped out the plane could melt the steel beams. Also, there was a bomb at the base of the tower. Coach Metzger has no chill. Kind of like Bush who, in fact, did 9/11.

Coach Metzger is a wonderful asset to our community and this school system. The character, integrity and determination he instills in OUR young men is outstanding. The football program is great but his influence and concern is far greater. We stand with Coach Metzger!

Metzger is a great man and role model to all kids at pinecrest and is a part of that school by turning it around right when he got there in 2007. If we loose him you will loose more than just a football coach.

This would be a huge mistake. He's taught the next generation of young men in our community good values and life lessons, and should be able to continue to do so.
