Please keep him behind bars, he can do well there and further his education. He can have plenty of goals and accomplish them in jail but I would not feel safe for anyone around him if he went free.

This man will never be a regular citizen. If he is not kept in prison then he needs to be condemned to death. He mercilessly killed a young girl and lied about it for so long that decomposition happened. He is a menace to society and should never be allowed out of prison. I strongly believe the behaviors displayed as a kid strongly reflect his adulthood action. To let this man out would be committing a crime as he would just kill again.
