If a person maliciously takes the life of another then they deserve to take an equal punishment for their crime. The little girl's life was taken from her, there's no undoing it. She never got to experience life. Its only fair that this man stays in prison, deserves to live as if he were dead with no freedoms. I understand he was a boy, but if they seriously considering releasing him they need to deeply evaluate his mental health. I believe some people can change. Some people however are simply born evil.
