It would be a shame to have kids who want to compete not be able to. Besides what would you do with the trailer that so many parents put so much time and effort into.

That was my favorite competition in high school! This competition needs to stay there.

Competing to band kids means so much. Don't take that away from them.

music is such a powerful thing and the fact that kids are willing to take the time to learn an instrument and perform as a team is wonderful. marching band is just as important as football to some

just a shame you would even consider disbanding such an enriching activity. You obviously have no idea what students would be missing out on

lets not lose another competitive marching band to "low numbers." If the kids love what they do and learn something from it that's what it is all about! Too many times I hear about schools canceling programs for reasons like this when they should be working to promote activities such as marching band or theatre.

If you take everything away from the kids to participate in be prepared to build bigger jails

I was in the band in the late 80's. It would be a real shame to end this tradition. Let me know what I can do to help!

I think this is a horrible idea. I was in marching band in high school while I attended Cudahy. I learned so much from being involved with music. To this day I am still involved with another local high school band. So music is still in my life. These kids should be outraged. Never give up !!!

Competing in marching band is probably one of the best things about this activity. Please don't take that away.
