The Town Manager reversed the decision and Chief DeLuca will keep his position. I am drained from this fight but the outcome makes the long days worth it. We need to stay focused to make sure the town leadership listens to us from now on.

Reaching this level of support confirms that I am not the only person exhausted by the lack of transparency in this decision. It is heavy work to keep pushing against a closed door but seeing so many of you insist on answers provides the fuel to keep going.

Totally unfair. He truly cares about the people in this town. Keep him!
Keep him on. Best chief weve had in a long time.
Ridiculous. He has done a great job for 10 years and now no explanation for this? We deserve to know why.
My kids feel safe when they see him around. Please keep him in his position.
Chief Deluca has always been fair and approachable. Duxbury is safer with him in charge. Why change something that isnt broken?
