Don't amend SBS Transit Bus Service 76

Yea should remain to original route..to support the MP commuters to Eunos i strongly agree as MP doesnt have MRT to be constructed yet

It was always been convinient for the residence inside marine terrace area. Hopefully it remains the same.

I am very dissatisfied with the shortening of 76. It has been a reliable service which brings me to Katong and Marine Parade directly from my house. Transferring to 43/"new" 134 (which is essentially just a poor fix to 76's shortening) at Paya Lebar is not the same! One has to factor the time required for the transfer. For YCK residents they now only have 43 which takes a long detour around the congested Serangoon central area. It's a shame that 76 is singled out for shortening. Why fix something that isn't broken? Was it made such that a "new" service 134 can be created?

Just keep as it is, think about the people which need to connect from YCK/AMK to Marine Terence with out changing halfway at Eunos

Asking people to change buses aft alighting from a new BSEP svc is a bloody stupid idea

I think Service 76 should remain as it is.

As you can clearly see, there are alternatives to get to Eunos from Ang Mo Kio like 25. If you are talking about short term travelling, why not just take the MRT? If 76 ever amends to Eunos what will happen to the commuters that have been taking 76 all these years? I do see a huge demand at certain parts of the day too. Hopefully the relevant authorities will look into the route amendment and not make it bad like what happened to Service 300G/W over at Choa Chu Kang. Think of the affected residents, especially my aunty!

One of the most direct bus links between the central part of Singapore to the Eastern part without having to make multiple transfers on the MRT system is being taken away just like that! How can LTA just do this without ensuring that the MRT system WILL NOT breakdown so often and how can you convince people to adapt to the changes? Pls only do this when the rail network is much better linked-up and not so many people are relying on the buses.

Although 76 may seems as a long trunk route, it does connect residents from Yio Chu Kang to Marine Parade. If it amends, it will only fill up more parking lots in Eunos Interchange as Service 150 will also be introduced on the day where 76 is supposed to amend its route. Instead of 134 replacing 76's deleted sectors, it can also be an addition to 76 and future Service 150's route at Marine Parade to handle the demand there.

i have been taking this 76 for years and yes i love to ride this bus for the next few more years to come

Please do not change this service route, with the shortern of route 76, resident cannot go Marine Parade directly.
