There are not enough resources to sustain current development much less new development. We need more services…not more residents in this area.

AGAINST RE-ZONING! Lots of "should be, maybe, possibly " from the developer. Drainage issues, sewer issues, fencing, lease lengths, lease enforcement NOT addressed.

This area needs to be left alone, it will cause too much congestion and traffic.

We do not need any more high density housing, we don’t need single family homes either. Leave Monroe Lake alone.

Their “walking trail” butts right up to our back property line leaving 15+ acres to relocate to another area on same land. Drainage issues not addressed for those who live down hill from development, traffic issues, scenery trashed with apartments, etc.

We don’t need more congestion on this road (1378) or traffic. Please find another location.

The schoold district is already over crowded with several of them having portable buildings. There is no where to build new schools so we need to stop allowing multifamily rezoning. We need more commercial to generate revenue.
