Of the two options presented, CIAC is the better choice for many reasons. I am open to other options in the future but only if they are thoroughly evaluated by a Committee that includes constituents from the Woodstock Academy community. We don't need to rush into a decision to change our athletic organization. We can make CIAC work with some minor adjustments.

Please find a way to make sports accessible to ALL students. Team tryouts are already flooded with eager athletes that don't make the cut or see minimal field time. Prep student recruitment will add an additional layer of competition and further eliminate growth opportunities afforded thru participation in competitive sports for local student athletes.

Don’t get rid of the greatest team at this school! Take a look at the banners in the gym and then picture them disappear. The gymnastics team has earned those and worked hard to get them. We’ve done so much for this school, and yet you can eliminate us so easily. It’s sad and truly an embarrassment to this school. Maybe a reconsideration should be discussed!

CIAC will keep high school experience for the athletes. Won’t be able to compete in NEPSAC

It’s nice to know that the school is more focused on money than the students

I believe it is the best decision for our school and community to stay in the CIAC because it will help furthermore the right of the student here to help they be able to participate against other close school districts and meet new people in our school and community. By staying in the CIAC it will keep Unified the same program, and Gymnastics so they can keep competing for WA

The NEPSAC would be taking away the best team at the school and it would be taking away a fundamental and lively team for people to help others and learn cooperation with others.
