We believe the family is definitely using the affordable housing angle to get this development passed and with great profit in their pockets and no regards to the environment. Our area doesn’t need any more housing developments as we need to protect the wild life and open spaces to keep green. We have enough of a traffic problem in our area especially during the summer months without adding more housing and creating more traffic. Please vote down this project.

Stop it

Town infrastructure can not handle such a large development. No public transportation to the site. One lane roads in each direction that turn into parking lots on warm summer days due to beach traffic. This current summer makes emergency vehicle access to the Misquamicut area difficult. It will become impossible with such a development.

Absolutely opposed to this development. This would be the end to Westerly as we know it. Where would all that septic go ? There is no town septic in the area, and the environment alone would be devastated along with added crime.

Keep Westerly Green. The local streets, parking, medical facilities and schools aren’t prepared for this influx of people. We came for the raw beauty of Westerly. Not explosive growth of housing developments. Please reconsider relocating.

It would be a shame to build a hotel on the golf course property. It would be wise to preserve the land surrounding the Rhode Island Beach area!!

Keep Westerly Green in responsible ways. Zoning regulations are there for a reason.
