This is an absolute travesty. I am not even sure why this is a discussion

I urge the town council to reject the proposed changes to the zoning ordinance on the grounds that it is too large and intrusive on the natural beauty of this area. It would be an environmental disaster.

Have played this course since the 60s and it would be a shame to ruin it now all for the sake of greed.

The plans for developing this area is not in keeping with the community feeling that now exists in our area.

I sincerely hope that this development will be stopped before it does damage to our beautiful community. Westerly does not need more development. We need to vehemently protect our open space and our environment. I wish I could attend the town council meeting this weekend but I will not be in Westerly at that time.

Let's have a more intentional plan for development in Westerly! Preserve what makes it a beautiful place to live or visit for future generations.

This zone change is ill conceived. The Winnapaug property, without sewer and a more robust road system, is not suited for such density. The other sites zoned CR are equally unsuited for such density. Watch Hill is a National Register Historic District and should not have such additional development.

Way out of proportion to the land that sets a dangerous precedent and is particularly irresponsible when climate change is impacting our water as it is to have such a development approved.

There is no sewer and already fragile eco system by Ocean. The waste alone is an environmental disaster.

Do not trust this group. They do not care about anything but their own profit.

This proposal is antithetical to why people love Westerly.
