Protecting open space is vital to our community, our quality of life and our future generations. Development should be thoughtfully and carefully done.

Totally greedy and senseless to consider such an impact on the environment and this community

As a former EPA officer in Water Enforcement, I am very concerned about the effects of this on ground water. And very concerned about the runoff which would naturally happen because of construction and subsequent landscaping maintenance.

I am opposed to this overwhelmingly out of scale development and think it will adversely affect the area.

Project proposal is massively out of scale for the community.

Far too many units for the town services, schools and infrastructure to absorb. The environmental impact on the sensitive pond and coast would be devastating.

Big mistake should be owed by town as a public golf course!

Sounds like they are saying if we can’t have our original development we are going to stick it to the area residents. This should be stopped.

The scale of this grossly exceeds what is reasonable for a town this size.

There is no need for this added burden on the town and the blight that it would bring building these things.
