Please don't allow this. Families will lose their homes, the beauty of the area will be forever changed and the present infrastructure (water, sewer, roads) cannot handle this. There are a lot of gray areas in the application that seem to allow the developer to do whatever they want.

I and my three family members are strongly opposed to any changes to the Winiipaug. golf course. We live on shore Road and as is the traffic load and speeding, as well as procession of large trucks are unbearable at times. I would munch prefer that sewer lines be installed. for Existing residents in this area, of Westerly I am foremost maintain our Donald Ross course as is because so many of us enjoy playing either nine or 18 holes on a regular basis. He say beautiful, relaxing Space to walk, especially at the extremes of the day, when dear and wild turkeys are frequently spotted.

NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE TOWN AND PRESERVING OUR WATER GIVEN THE LOCATION OF THIS DWELLING. TOO MANY IMPLICATIONS TO THE CURRENT INFRASTRUCTURE.

This is a bad Idea for the ENTIRE TOWN. of Westerly. The negatives clearly outweigh the positives .Westerly already addressed affordable housing and has a comprehensive plan. This scenario is not a compromise, it is a "Winn" for the developer only.

Too much development. Once you make this exception or change in the zoning regulations, you will set a precedent for all future development.

This proposal is not what the town needs. Shore Road won’t be able to handle the additional traffic. But far more important, this proposal will almost certainly be detrimental to our beautiful Winnapaug pond

We need to deny any applications for this project, If the town really has our best interest at heart - They will deny the app.

As a Westerly home-owner in an already highly developed neighborhood, I fear the loss of remaining open space that will impact local wildlife, increase already heavy seasonal traffic, and greatly reduce recreational land use by current residents and seasonal visitors.

An increase in affordable housing will cause a spike in our tax rate. An increased demand for schools and more first responders. Keep westerly green!
